CUSTOM ORDERS and BULK ORDERS POLICY

This policy protects both Nazareth Creations and our customers when placing custom or bulk orders.
1. Design Approval
Before production begins:
Customers will receive a design proof (if applicable).
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review spelling, sizing, placement, and design details.
Once approval is given and production begins, changes cannot be made.
Nazareth Creations is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
2. Payment Terms for Custom Orders
For custom or bulk orders:
Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.
Production will not start until payment is received.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has started.
3. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are defined as orders of multiple customised items or multiple ready made items.
For bulk orders:
Very small variations in print placement or colour may occur.
Production timelines are concise estimates.
Bulk custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun unless items are faulty.
4. Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once:
Designs have been approved
Materials have been ordered
Production has started
5. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times vary depending on order size and printing method (vinyl, DTF, sublimation, embroidery).
Estimated timeframes will be communicated before production begins.
6. Customer-Supplied Artwork
If a customer provides their own artwork:
They confirm they own the rights to use it.
Nazareth Creations is not liable for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-provided designs.
7. Commercial & Event Orders
For event, sports, corporate, or promotional bulk orders:
Final quantities must be confirmed before production.
Changes after confirmation may incur additional charges.
