RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
At Nazareth Creations, we aim to provide premium-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
This policy applies to UK customers and complies with UK consumer protection laws.
2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products
For ready-made, non-custom items:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unworn
The item must be in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
3. Custom & Personalised Items
Due to the personalised nature of custom printing, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Custom printed clothing
Custom mugs, pens, or accessories
Bulk custom orders
Items printed with personalised names, logos, or designs
Exceptions apply only if:
The item is faulty
The wrong item was sent
There is a printing defect caused by Nazareth Creations
If there is a fault, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or els return and refund are not eligible.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue
Include your order number
If confirmed, we will offer:
A replacement, or a refund
We reserve the right to request the item be returned before issuing a refund.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
Worn or washed items
Items returned after 14 days
Custom or personalised products (unless faulty)
Bulk orders once production has begun
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for non-custom items, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
7. Refund Processing Times
Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
